Ministry of Communications
The Collaborations between the Ministry of Communications (MOC), Ministry of Education, Science and Sports and Intel led to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Communications (on behalf of Ghana Government) and Intel. This MOU served as the beginning of a long relationship between Intel and the Government of Ghana culminating in skoool among many other ICT-in-education initiatives. Special mention is deserved by the Hon. Dr. Benjamin Aggrey Ntim (Minister of Communications) and Mr. K. Adarkwa (Chief Director) who have been kind enough to facilitate logistics and provide technical assistance.
