skooolTM Ghana is designed specifically for the students and teachers of Maths and Science. It leverages the expertise of top teachers in their fields for the development of its content.
We will provide valuable resources to help students Learn and Revise for their Exams, and to enable students and teachers to Explore the wider world of education. The objective is to provide a rich and integrated approach to Science and Maths. All content developed for the site will be based on identified areas of difficulty in these subjects.
What Do I Need To Run skoool™ and its Interactive Lessons?
In order to run skoool your PC must meet the following technical requirements:
1. Your browser must be Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
2. You must have certain options selected in your browser settings:
In your browser settings, you must have cookies enabled. To enable cookies, select Tools from the top toolbar in your browser. Click on Internet Options, and choose the Security tab. Click on the Custom Level button for the Internet Zone, and choose 'Cookies > Enable' in the Security Settings menu. Click OK to apply the changes.
3. In your browser settings, you must have JavaScript enabled.
To enable JavaScript, select Tools from within your browser. Click on Internet Options, and choose the Security tab. Click on the Custom Level button for the Internet Zone, scroll down to the section called Scripting. Verify that Active Scripting is enabled. If it is not, then click on the circle next to Enable. Click OK to apply the changes.
4. In your browser settings, you must have disabled your pop-up blocker.
If your browser is capable of blocking pop-ups, this functionality must be disabled or you will not be able to launch the learning content on skooolTM Ghana. To disable pop-up blockers select Tools menu, select Pop-up Blocker, Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
5. You must have the latest Adobe Flash plug-in to view the interactive content on skoool Ghana.
